Lifelong punk, rock chick, and fashion lover the super young Michele V.'s career launched in the mid-80's with her first company, Bulging Eye as a Booking Agent and Manager of some of her generation's notable emerging bands such as Nirvana, Mudhoney, Pussy Galore, The Fluid, etc. Also a promoter, she had a blast putting on shows for the likes of Sonic Youth, The Screaming Trees, Diamanda Galas, Hunter S. Thompson, The Meat Puppets, Richard Kern, Black Flag, The Dwarves, etc.
When she hit LA she carried on with new company, Space Baby, as Agent, Manager, and Publicist for artists like Eleni Mandell, the Subsonics, the Chrome Cranks, Kim Salmon...and then added a record label to the mix with releases by Super 5 Thor, The Centimeters, Swervedriver/Sophia, etc.
Never one to be satisfied doing any one thing and always following her dreams, she made a big shift in 1999 making her PR company as much for Fashion as for Music. Soon after she was P.R. Director for The Emily The Strange brand, one of the most amazing experiences of her life. In 2003 she created a cutting edge line of rock'n'roll/pop culture infant/toddler clothing which sold in top boutiques in North America and received raves in the press.
It is still her mission to turn the world onto great art and her P.R. company still does so.
